Job Description:

Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving revenue through product sales and rentals across Maharashtra and neighbouring regions. You will receive comprehensive product training and strong technical support to help you excel in this niche industrial market.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling bolting systems and accessories.
• Work with the marketing team to generate leads and explore new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
• Plan and conduct weekly/monthly customer visits to strengthen client relationships.
• Acquire new customers while managing and nurturing existing accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations, application studies, and prepare sales proposals.
• Provide technical clarifications and coordinate with internal technical teams.
• Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends.
• Follow up on payments and manage collections effectively.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and track progress against targets.

Functional & Technical Knowledge

• Good knowledge of industrial areas in Maharashtra.
• Experience working with Tier 1 customers and PSUs in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Fertilizers, and Infrastructure.
• Preferable: Understanding of bolting equipment and related applications.
